Shipping

You can receive your orders at a private address (home, work or a drop point), but never a post office box.

Shipping Costs

PKR 200 will be charged on order value of less than PKR 3,500.

All shipping costs for orders over PKR 3,500 are free of charge in Pakistan.

Shipping Time

We process and send orders during our main service hours; Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am till 8:00 pm PST (with the exception of Pakistani public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch two business days after confirmation of order, at the latest. It takes 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep.

Courier

Courier depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. 

You will receive an SMS from the courier stating the payable amount and when your parcel will be delivered. Be sure to be present at home for self-collection. In case of absence, any designated person/family member can receive the parcel.
