Q. Can I buy individual products?

A. Yes. You can purchase individual products from our collections by clicking the shop icon in the menu on top of the page.

Q. Do you deliver in Pakistan?

A. Yes. We offer country wide delivery with free delivery on orders over PKR.3000.

Q. Which size fits cats?

A. Our small size fits cats however medium would be more suitable for larger cats.

Q. Which size fits big dogs?

A. Our large size fits big dogs as our collars are adjustable so they can be loosened accordingly.

Q. Are the leashes strong enough?

A. Our leashes are made of durable khaddar with webbing for extra strength.

Q. Are the harnesses adjustable?

A. Yes. Our harnesses are adjustable

Q. Are the collars adjustable?

A. Yes. Our collars are adjustable.

Q. What if my collar breaks?

A. Unfortunately, if your collar breaks while using it we cannot help. However, if it arrives broken in your package, we can exchange the product for a newer one.

Q. What if I don't like the product?

A. We only offer exchange and return if the product is defected or if the item doesn't match the original specifications of the product you ordered. For more information please refer to our Return Policy in the footer or contact us within 14 days of purchase.
